What makes our pizza unique?
Our pizza is hand-made from start to finish, with ingredients we shop for at local farmers’ markets, and buy direct from local farmers here in greater-Brunswick. When it can’t be found locally (example: fresh olives don’t grow in Maine), we buy as direct from the farmer as possible.
Our dough is made in house with Maine Grains and Flight Deck beer.
Maine Craft Pizza Initiative
We are a proud co-founder of the Maine Craft Pizza Initiative, which celebrates Maine as a craft pizza destination by promoting the making and consumption of a pizza that features Maine Grains, local, seasonal ingredients, and is served alongside Maine craft beer.
